FAQ

  • Why was Take Action Texas founded?

Our group was born out of the outrage and resolve following the brutal assassination of conservative leader Charlie Kirk and the senseless murder of 23 year old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a North Carolina commuter train in Fall 2025. These acts of violence were meant to scare us into silence, but they only strengthened our commitment. We will not let fear keep us indoors. We fear God, not man, and are beholden only to Him. Take Action Texas exists to rally normal Texans to stand up, speak out, and reclaim our state from those who undermine our sovereignty and heritage.

  • What are the core values of Take Action Texas?

We stand for unwavering conservative principles: love of God, family, and country; preservation of traditional Texas heritage; and true conservatism free from neoconservative establishment influences or liberal agendas. We oppose corruption in education, mainstream media bias, foreign control over our governments, and any forces that erode our freedoms. We wish to see a day where America will be unshackled from foreign influence. Our mission is to inspire action, foster fellowship among like-minded patriots, and show that it's okay, and essential, to get involved without fear.

  • How can I join or get involved?

Joining is simple and open to all Texans who share our values and pass the vetting process. Sign up via our website form (Click ‘Get Active’). As a member, you can participate in protests, community outreach like trash pickups or food drives, or bonding activities such as patriot picnics and hikes. No prior experience needed; we provide guidance to help you step out confidently. Start by following us on social media for event alerts and volunteer opportunities.

  • What kinds of activities does Take Action Texas organize?

We balance bold advocacy with community building: Peaceful protests against threats to our values (countering liberal agenda events or school policies); service projects like neighborhood cleanups, food drives, and veteran appreciation events to improve our areas and show our fellow Texans we stand with them. We aim to organize bonding gatherings such as Bible studies, family picnics, and outdoor events to forge bonds among members. All activities are designed to empower you, demonstrate conservative compassion, and show that action beats fear.

  • Is Take Action Texas involved in political campaigning?

No, we focus on issue based activism and community mobilization without endorsing or campaigning for specific candidates. Our efforts center on advocating for policies that align with conservative values, critiquing systemic issues, and encouraging grassroots participation. If our work inspires electoral involvement, that's up to individuals. We stay true to our *FUTURE * 501(c)(4) social welfare mission.

  • How does Take Action Texas differ from other conservative groups?

Unlike larger organizations focused on big events or college campuses, we're grassroots and Texas centric, aimed at everyday patriots building local bonds. We reject both neoconservative complacency and liberal overreach, focusing on authentic conservatism rooted in faith and action. If you've felt isolated or afraid to speak up, we're here to show you a welcoming path to involvement—proving that together, we can reclaim our voice and state.
