FAQ

  • Why was Take Action Texas founded?

Our group was born out of the outrage and resolve following the brutal assassination of conservative leader Charlie Kirk and the senseless murder of 23 year old Iryna Zarutska on a North Carolina commuter train in the Fall of 2025. These acts of violence were meant to scare us into silence, but they only strengthened our commitment. We will not let fear keep us indoors. We fear God, not man, and are beholden only to Him. Take Action Texas exists to rally normal Texans to stand up, speak out, and reclaim our state from those who undermine our sovereignty and heritage. We put a strong emphasis on being active in your community with the goal of improving and protecting it for future generations.

  • What are the core values of Take Action Texas?

We stand for unwavering conservative principles, including: love of God, family, and country, preservation of traditional Texas values, and a true Texas First ideology free from neoconservative establishment influences or liberal agendas. We stand boldly against the invasion taking place in Texas and the foreign religions these invaders bring into our state. We are firmly against mass surveillance and citizens flippantly forfeiting their anonymity. We oppose corruption in education, mainstream media bias, foreign control over our governments, and any forces that erode our freedoms. We wish to see a day where Texas and America will be unshackled from foreign influence. Our mission is to inspire action, foster fellowship among like-minded patriots, and show that it is okay, and essential, to get involved without fear.

  • What activities does Take Action Texas organize?

We balance bold advocacy with community building through peaceful protests that counter threats to our values, such as protesting outside of places that have no place in Texas (Mosques and Temples), pro-abortion events, and gay pride events held in places of worship with children in attendance. At the moment while we are new and growing, we focus on small-scale public demonstrations to create a positive spectacle and force important conversations through coverage of our activism. As we grow, we are planning larger-scale efforts such as major community cleanups, sponsoring veteran appreciation events, and having a dedicated disaster relief plan to assist Texans who face natural disasters. We will also aim to organize bonding gatherings like Bible studies, physical training for members, family picnics, and various outdoor activities to strengthen ties among members. All of the activities we engage in empower participants, highlight Texan values in our communities, and prove that action overcomes fear.

  • Is Take Action Texas involved in political campaigning?

Any Texans interested in running for an elected position in Texas, both at the state and local levels, should email TakeActionTexas@proton.me for further details. We will examine your campaign and go from there. We will not endorse anyone who has allegiance to any foreign nation. We will not endorse anyone who is not focused on preserving our Texas way of life and repairing what our current elected officials have destroyed.

  • How does Take Action Texas differ from other conservative groups?

Unlike larger organizations focused on big events or college campuses, we're grassroots and Texas centric, aimed at everyday patriots building local bonds. We reject both neoconservative complacency and liberal overreach, focusing on authentic Texas First policies rooted in faith and action. If you've felt isolated or afraid to speak up, we're here to show you a welcoming path to involvement—proving that together, we can reclaim our voice and state.
